<p>Part of my reason for buying the book was the secret hope that perhaps underneath all the hoopla, there was something in what Dr. Suzanne Gudakunst had to say. There is something about being told that something is just a scam that makes us want to look. Just because something seems too good to be true we don&#8217;t need to toss it out the door.</p>
<p>Top Secret Fat Loss Secret is an unusual book concerning losing a few pounds. And it is not a diet program. That by itself is somewhat surprising. A diet book that isn&#8217;t a diet book seems like a contradiction. I did expect just a few pages of stunning statistics and then the regular advice to move more and eat less. I was shocked to find that failed to transpire.</p>
